Origin of the Universe, origin of the life on the Earth, the hadron collider and not onlyGenel L.S., cand.tech.sci., akad. of Int. Academy of Refregiration Some of the being developed by us world outlook approaches to explaining the being (together with short explanations) are presented in the essay. The being carried by us amateur study seems to bear no relationship to the commercial activity of our small business. But it is only at first sight. The deductions from the being developed world outlook approaches afford us during our occupational activity to make out new targets and see the various ways to their achievement at the macro-, mean and microlevels. When considering cosmological problems we have attempted to answer question: why isn't antimatter revealed in Nature? And it is in spite of that, what according to modern physicists' models and calculations amount of antimatter in the Universe must be exactly equal to amount of matter. At interaction of matter and antimatter their annihilation is known to occur. We assumed, that under condition of the expansion of the Universe with acceleration after annihilation of particles with antiparticles elementary charged particles plus photons remain, and at the local collapse (contraction) of the Universe – antiparticles. Calculations, made by us, showed, that in the case of chirality (unidirection of rotation) of the Universe's space acceleration change in the volume of space (ΔV)is related to mass change (Δm) with relationship dnΔV/dtn = Δm·k, where k is a vectorial dimensional coefficient, taking into account the chosen coordinate system; n – integer or half-integer number. The one of possible partial local solutions of the equation results in the following: after the annihilation an electron and two photons remain. That is why in modern conditions of expansion of the chiral Universe the matter mainly remains after the annihilation and opportunity to reveal antimatter is probable only in some local zones of the Universe's contraction, for example along axis of rotation of Galaxies. A such explanation is confirmed with considerable abundance in the Universe of so called “cosmic dust”, consisting of elementary particles. Ability of the Cosmic Vacuum to arouse radiation and elementary particles in each point of the Universe's space is confirmed with established by scientists fact of isotropy of cosmic radiation (including the “relic one”), and alsowith the temperature of the Cosmic Vacuum, that is different from 0K. So, the matter and antimatter are exhibition of spatial-temporal properties of the Vacuum with account of directivity of vector of process of change in volume of space. Conclusion, that in the initial moment of the Universe's expanse its mass was equal to zero, is an important consequence of a such approach to advent of matter and antimatter. Therefore and fears about triggering the hadron colliderin Switzerland, in our opinion, are greatly exaggerated. The analysis of some properties of the Cosmic Vacuum allowed to propose a hypothesis of origin of the very first living molecule on the Earth. The molecule synthesized directly on the Earth of lifeless chemical raw straight away in the form of DNA with the structure of the double helix. Its self-assembly occurred in water on a matrix in the form of the double helix, which fixed in the fallen on the Earth comet of the ice as a result of its transference before in the Cosmic Vacuum at the velocities 107 – 108 m/s. All the rest of bioorganic matter is a result of the primary and second replication processes with participation of the DNA and its fragments. When developing project “Chemical physics of alive matter” earlier a hypothesis concerning to “alive” and “dead” nitrogen atoms in nucleic acid molecules of an organism in the structure of chromosomes was proposed by us. The hypothesis may be in particular used for development medicines. During development of some types of medicated preparations the main requirement is optimization of amounts of “alive” atoms in an organism as a whole and in its separate parts. The concentrations of the “alive” atoms are being optimized by either replenishment and activation or absorption and inhibition biologically active quanta of energy in combination with the phase, amplitude and polarization correction of the quanta, being emitted by both internal and external sources of energy. For example, substances containing one of the three lanthanides that exhibit special magnetic properties in compounds may be used as an external energy source for replenishment and activation of bioenergetic processes in an organism. It is revealed with the methods of molecular dynamics and quantum chemistry, that under certain conditions, these substances emit a quantum of electromagnetic energy that is able to be transported, through a chain of transformations, to an electron of a nitrogen atom located in a purine fragment of RNA or DNA. Having absorbed the quantum, one of the 2 s electrons of the nitrogen atom transfers to a higher orbital, and the "dead" nitrogen atom becomes "alive" one. Within the scope of the same project conceptions of structure of an organism as a system of the interconnected biological devices of various levels, functions of which are similar to wave generators (quantummechanical oscillators), converters and amplifiers or in some cases are similar to electrotechnical devices, such as receiving or transmitting antennas and inductance coils (solenoids) were being developed. For example, nucleosome core in chromatin filament of chromosome is considered as a magnetostrictor. The magnetostrictor is destined with Nature for the transformation wave and electric processes in DNA into acoustic vibrations of the core, consisting of ptoreins-histons. The same device, exhibiting piezoelectric effect, is able to transform acoustic vibrations in chromosomes and cells to electric processes in DNA. On the basis of developed conceptions of structure of biodevices and occurring in them bioenergetical processes, of transformation and spreading bioenergy both in an organism and of exchange of energy between different individuals of quite the same kind an opportunity arises to give a qualitative evaluation, and in some cases to make semiquantitative or even quantitative calculation in various fields of human activity, such as education, politics, medicine, biology. In particular, the development the given conceptions permits assessment of age-related characteristics of the whole organism at the stages of conception, embryonic development, birth, infancy, childhood, adolescence, youth, adulthood, senescence, dying, and death in terms age-related changes in the amount and quality of biooscillators: genes, chromosomes, cells, etc. In the framework of this approach, aging is regarded as accumulation of conformational changes (A, B, Z, etc.) in nucleic acids of the body, which deteriorate Q-factor of the resonators of the biooscillators at intracellular levels, thus altering biochemical and biophysical processes in the body. Another example is estimation of the effectiveness of the teacher's influence on the student. According to the being developed approach, this estimation requires the study of the characteristics of organismal biooscillators, including genetic ones, individually for the student and the teacher and separately for both of them as an integrated system. In addition, the harmonizing or destructive effect of the joint biooscillator of teachers and joint biooscillator of students should be estimated. Besides, harmonizing or destructive effect of united biooscillators of a pedagogical collective and of united biooscillators of a student body during their team interaction ought to be evaluated. Else one important principle follows from consideration organisms as biooscillators. All living creatures strive to their own frequency-resonance (quantum-wave) comfort. The principle explains satisfactorily some inherent to alive organisms instincts and behavior: the instincts of self-preservation and build-up of their own biomass by way of uptake and assimilation of part of surroundings (coherent comfort); the instinct of substitution of discomfort in the surroundings and settlement of the environment with organisms, similar to themselves in frequency features, expressed in striving to reproduction, care of descendants, sense of family and tribe, crowding people in cities (frequency-resonance comfort). Attachment to customary location of his inhabitancy and its filling (family, pets, plants, home, furniture and so on) and homesickness (striving to the lost customary surroundings) are being explained with two processes, influencing his frequency-resonance comfort, - with appearance in an organism by natural way new cells, structurized with the surroundings, and with structurizing by organism water, being included into surrounding items and organisms (secondary frequency-resonance comfort). The frequency-resonance comfort principle explains by natural way a such widespread phenomenon in people society in everyday life as larger comfortness of a product, which is made by yourselves or with your personal participation in comparison with the same product, but made without your participation. And further follows reappraisal of value of your own labor in comparison with the same or comparable of other people. Earlier we suggested, that an multicellular living organism may, at a certain approximation, be considered by analogy with a crystal (liquid crystal). Note that the arrangement of atoms in a crystal follows a certain periodic pattern. In organisms the pattern is supported with strictly the same in a nucleus of each cell of an organism with chromosome sets. The extent of periodicity of the arrangement of chromosome sets in the organism determines, to a certain approximation, the "crystal" characteristics of the organism. Since organisms are partly "crystal," the approaches that are applied to crystals in solid-state physics, including the Bloch–Brillouin zone theory and Zeeman and Stark effects, are also partly applicable to organisms. According to the suggestion, there are "permissible" and "forbidden" energy zones for bioquanta of different levels both within and outside of an organism. These energy zones for bioquanta are conventionally called biozones. Some properties of the biozones were considered formerly (for instance, see ABI's “Leading Intellectuals of the World”, 2000 and “Greatest Minds of the XXI Century”, 2003). The further analysis of the biozones' properties allowed to us to explain such phenomena, as connection of each living species with a specific geographic area; intra- and interspecies competition for territory; stable breeding areas of some species of turtles, fish, birds, etc.; a special attitude of living organisms, including humans, to the places where remnants of dead individuals lie; the ideas of "native land," "homesick," and so on. The considerable differences in the characteristic (typical) features of morphology and behavior of individuals from the same species living in different geographic areas confirm the importance of interaction between bioquanta of these individuals and the biozones that are located in their territory and differ from biozones in other territories. The effectof some high-energy biozones densely populated by bioquanta on the bioquanta of a human organism may be perceived by the person as either inspiration, or depression, or "information field" or the Higher Power. Within the scope of the project “Chemical physics of alive matter” we have set to development of mathematical models for semiquantitative description of peculiarities of perceiving by animal unit, incl. by human, of change in external factors (in the environment). At the first stage the semiquantitative classification of the degree of action of (any) external factors on organism of animal of any concrete species in rough approximation is being based on consequences of the intra-species interactions of units with differences in the chromosome sets within the species being considered. The chromosome classification is being elaborated in terms of the universally recognized fact, that the behavior of living creatures in the most cases is being motivated with the two basic instincts: the 1st – resumption of genus and the 2nd – care of the life. The 1st instinct is connected with the haploid chromosome set (for a human 23 chromosomes). The 2nd instinct is connected with the diploid (somatic) chromosome set (for a human 46 chromosomes). The haploid chromosome set is connected in the nature and in our classification with the advent of conditions for conception, germ, embryonic evolution, in other words, with the appearance of anything new (phenomenon, organism, idea and so on). And the diploid chromosome set is connected in the nature and in our classification with the accumulation biomass, accommodation to the new phenomenon in the new surroundings, incl. by way of training, education, adaptation.
The Nobel Prize in physics for 2008 has been awarded “For discovery of mechanism of the spontaneous disturbance of symmetry in physics of elementary particles” and “For discovery of cause of disturbance of the symmetry”. And it is only confirmation of ideas, laid in the theorem by E. Noether. The E. Noether theorem is a fundamental theorem of physics, establishing a relation between properties of symmetry of a physical system and laws of conservation, it was enunciated by E. Noether in 1918. The theorem states, that to each transformation, which the operation doesn't change at, the differential law of conservation corresponds. Integration the equation, expressing a such law, results in the integral law of conservation.
